At GiftWrapz LLC, all of our products are custom made to order and printed specifically for each customer. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
✅ Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Buyer’s remorse
Ordering the wrong size
Color variations caused by screen differences
Spelling errors submitted by the customer
Incorrect personalization information provided at checkout
✅ Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we are happy to make it right.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
You must provide clear photos of the issue
The product must be unused
Once approved, we will offer either:
A free replacement, or
A full refund to your original payment method
✅ Cancellations
Orders may be canceled as long as the item has NOT yet entered production. Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled or modified, as each product is custom made to order.

✅ Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
✅ Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to a defect or error on our part:
A replacement will be provided at no cost to you
Return shipping is not required unless specifically requested
