All orders placed with GiftWrapz LLC are custom made to order. Please review the information below for processing and shipping details.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing time may vary during peak holiday seasons. 

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times:
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, destination, and shipping method selected. Promotional free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–10 business days (including production and shipping).

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more within the United States.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Custom & Personalized Items:
Because all of our products are custom made, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
